Nut Crusted Fast French Toast

  Ingredients 1 cup of ground nuts (any variety) 4 eggs 2 TBL milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 6 slices whole wheat bread   Instructions Grind nuts in a food processor or blender until you have 1 cup of ground nuts. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. If choosing French Toast sticks, slice bread into strips. Raspberry and Cream Banana Ice Cream

  To make this, blend in a food processor: 1 1/2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt That is it!  This will make about 2 servings. Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy.  When you are done the texture should be similar to soft-serve ice cream.  If you like it a little more frozen, place in a dish or freezer safe container and freeze for an hour or so.  This flavor is creamy and delicious, but also refreshing!
