American Flag Popsicle

    American Flag Popsicle    Layer 1: Chop strawberries finely.  Put 1/2 TBL chopped strawberries in bottom of Popsicle mold.  Add enough water to barely cover the berries (Just a few drops at a time). Freeze for a min. of one hour Layer 2: Spoon out 1/2 TBL plain or vanilla yogurt on top of strawberry layer.  Return to freezer for min. of one hour.   Ingredients 1/2 cup brown rice, cooked 1 cup pineapple tidbits, or diced pineapple 1 cup corn (thawed, fresh, or canned) 2 red bell peppers (or 1 cup chopped) Dressing 2 TBL Oil of choice 1 TBL Soy sauce (low sodium) 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon ginger root, grated   Instructions Combine rice, pineapple, corn, and red peppers into a bowl. Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

  In a food processor blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 2-3 Tbsp Chocolate Soy Milk That is it!  This will make about 2 servings.
