    American Flag Popsicle    Layer 1: Chop strawberries finely.  Put 1/2 TBL chopped strawberries in bottom of Popsicle mold.  Add enough water to barely cover the berries (Just a few drops at a time). Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

  In a food processor blend 1 1/2 frozen bananas 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 2-3 Tbsp Chocolate Soy Milk That is it!  This will make about 2 servings.
