Raspberry and Cream Banana Ice Cream

  To make this, blend in a food processor: 1 1/2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt That is it!  This will make about 2 servings. Orange Cranberry Muffins

Start by mixing dry ingredients. 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup low-fat milk 1/4 cup canola oil 1 TBL grated orange peel 2 egg whites Mix wet ingredients.  In separate bowl mix: 1 cup white flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/3 cup sugar 1 TBL baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped.   Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  Scoop into prepared muffin tin. Granola Apple Cinnamon Plain Yogurt Peel and cut one apple. Sprinkle cinnamon on apple portions and microwave for 1 min. Take out and stir.  Microwave for another min. Fruit Parfait Bites

  These were really easy to make.  I whipped up a batch in less than 15 minutes! I used Wonton Wrappers.
