Broccoli Dunking Delight

  1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 3 TBL grated parmesan cheese salt (to taste)   In separate bowl, combine 2 egg whites, slightly beaten 2 TBL milk   Mix cut up broccoli florets in egg white/ milk mixture.  Next, remove broccoli from egg whites, and place in bowl with the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.  You can also place bread crumbs into gallon size plastic bag and mix in around in the bag. Drain and rinsed a can of chickpeas. Spread the beans out on a cookie sheet with foil, making sure to dry them with a towel. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and salt.
