Super Crispy Homemade French Fries

Ingredients 2 large Russet potatoes Sea Salt Olive Oil   Instructions Peel potatoes and cut in half and then half again.   1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs 3 TBL grated parmesan cheese salt (to taste)   In separate bowl, combine 2 egg whites, slightly beaten 2 TBL milk   Mix cut up broccoli florets in egg white/ milk mixture.  Next, remove broccoli from egg whites, and place in bowl with the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.  You can also place bread crumbs into gallon size plastic bag and mix in around in the bag.     Here is a wonderful recipe for corn cakes that is just so very easy! 2 eggs 2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup low fat milk 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 cup corn meal 1 cup corn (I wish you could see the whole kernels of corn in these.
