Alligator Pear Salad

  Alligator Pear Salad 2 cups corn kernels 3 ounces walnuts 2 ripe avocados (sliced and chopped) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup light sour cream. Mix corn, walnuts and avocados together.  In separate bowl, mix lemon juice and sour cream.  Add to mixture to the salad, stir and serve.  Tastes great chilled. Avocado and Apple Salad

  Ingredients 1 avocado 1 apple 1 TBL raisins 1 TBL Walnuts 1/2 TBL honey 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 tsp cinnamon   Instructions Peel and chop apple. Place in bowl with a drop of water.
