Super Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Alligator Pear Salad

  Alligator Pear Salad 2 cups corn kernels 3 ounces walnuts 2 ripe avocados (sliced and chopped) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup light sour cream. Mix corn, walnuts and avocados together.  In separate bowl, mix lemon juice and sour cream.  Add to mixture to the salad, stir and serve.  Tastes great chilled.    Mandarin Chicken Salad 5 Cups chicken 2 TBLOlive oil 2 TBL Vinegar 1 tsp salt 2 TBL orange juice concentrate Cook the chicken in the above or buy chunk chicken and sautee in above ingredients. 3 Cups rice 1 1/2 cup Small grapes 1 1/2 cups celery 1 1/2 cups light Miracle Whip 1 13 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 can mandarin oranges drained Mix together with the chicken mixture.
