Oatmeal Blueberry Bread

Oatmeal Blueberry Bread

Start by mixing dry ingredients:

  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)

Mix wet ingredients into dry

  • ¾ cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs

Fold blueberries in gently

1 ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen-thawed)

Pour into bread pan. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes.
