2 Gourmet Almond Butter and Regular or Spiced Peanut Butter


Coconut Almond ButterCoconut Almond Butter

2 cups of dry roasted almonds

1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

1-2 Tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp of salt (optional)


Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender.  You may have to process for up to 10 minutes.  At this point it may still be a little ‘chunky’.  Continue to process until it reaches desired smoothness.

Scoop out your fresh almond butter and place in an airtight container or jar.


Honey Roasted Almond Butter


Honey Roasted Almond Butter

1 cup almonds

3 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp oil (optional)

1/4 tsp salt (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Add almonds, then drizzle them with honey.  Using a spoon, coat almonds with honey so that they are all covered, then press them down into a flat layer.  Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

After almonds are done cooking, transfer to a different pan or bowl and let cool.

Transfer almonds to a food processor or high powered blender.  Process until almonds are crumbly, then add salt and oil, if using.  Continue to process until it reaches desired smoothness.

Place in an airtight container or jar.



Spiced Peanut ButterHomemade Nut Butter: Pure Peanuts

1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Blend peanuts in a high powered blender or food processor.  You may need to scrape the edges during blending.  Continue blending until smooth and creamy.


If you like you can add any of the spices to make a wonderful spiced peanut butter

Spice Mix

1 Teaspoon powdered cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 Teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 Teaspoon powdered cardamom

A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Add this towards the end of blending to incorporate throughout peanut butter.
