Wrinkle Reducer Recipes



Wrinkle Reducer #1

Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment.

Mash 1/4 banana until it is a cream paste. Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes rinse with warm water followed by a rinse with cold water.


Wrinkle Reducer #2

Green seedless grapes are your new best friend to fight wrinkles!

All you do is cut a grape in half and gently crush it on your face and neck. Make sure that you get the “crows-feet” and the lines around your mouth. Leave on for twenty minutes rinse with warm water. This is a good one to put into your daily routine.

Don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Eat vegetables rich in Vitamin A, and take a fish oil daily for your Omega 3. Get 8 hours of sleep every night.


Wrinkle Reducer #3

Vitamin E oil capsules followed by rosehip seed oil . Seem to reversed the signs of aging at first, then slowed it down the process dramatically after continued use.

Wash your face then break open a capsule and dab it all over your face  with a fingertip where the lines are, making sure to get around my eyes. Follow the same process with rosehip seed oil. This is good to do once or twice a week before bed.


Wrinkle Reducer #4

Coffee grounds as a facial scrub before bed and then generously put on some collagen elastin cream.  The coffee scrub gives amazing results; your skin looks younger and healthier.


Wrinkle Reducer #5

As an eye-wrinkle cream mix Aloe Vera gel with a tiny bit of honey and a vitamin E rich oil (evening primrose or avocado). The more aloe Vera you use, the lighter it gets, the more oil, the richer.


Wrinkle Reducer #6

Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids have a huge influence on skin and hair. These are acids we cannot make ourselves but can get when we eat certain foods like, salmon. They also come in supplements and a course of them shows improvement quickly.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids are found in salmon, halibut, sardines, albacore, trout, herring, walnut, flaxseed oil, and canola oil. Other foods that contain omega-3-fatty acids include shrimp, clams, light chunk tuna, catfish, cod, and spinach.

Omega-6 fatty acids are found in corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, and cottonseed oil.
