Coconut Water: Coconuts are very high in antioxidants and are reported to help diabetes, heart disease and the big one is high blood pressure.

Popcorn: Popcorn has a cancer-fighting plant compounds. Air popped is the best way to have your popcorn.
Yogurt: Eating 1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt will provides at least 25 percent of the daily value for riboflavin (a B vitamin). This is critical in promoting antioxidant activity, so it is a must have.
