If you’re tossing and turning until the early hours try this technique to get to sleep that works for me EVERY time.
It’s explained in full in the video but here’s a recap:
Open window & door
Pull back bed sheets
Fluff up pillow, turn it over
Drink half a glass of water
Use the toilet
Wash hands and feet and moisturize them
Shut window and door, get back in bed
Tense & release muscles, “My *** are SO sleepy”
Imagine drawing an outline around your body.
