I LIKE MYSELF!

I like myself

I LIKE MYSELF!

Here’s a suggestion that will raise your spirits, your confidence and your self esteem…every day!

Each time you’re in front of a mirror…shaving…putting on makeup…checking out your outfit…stop for a moment.

Look yourself in the eye and, sincerely and with conviction, say:

 I LIKE MYSELF – I LIKE MYSELF – I LIKE MYSELF

Smile when you say it…Even if you don’t feel like smiling…Even if it’s a fakey smile…Make a smiley face…Make yourself look happy.

This practice can actually make you FEEL happier!

Lots of data substantiating this…Look it up, if you’re interested… .though, really, it’s not necessary.

Simply adopt this daily practice and experience it for yourself.

  1. I agree, Sassy!

Pablo Picasso said, “It took me five years to learn to paint like Raphael and a lifetime to learn to paint like a child.”

For years we have been learning to grow up…and forgetting the fun and innocence of a child. Recapture that!
